Over the school year, your child has built a strong foundation in English through GrapeSEED program—learning hundreds of expressions, from basic phrases like “This is my…” and “Do you like red?” to more advanced sentences like “I like the one that is red,” and “Red is the color of my shorts.” They've also explored a wide variety of question types: “What is this? Is this a...” “Are you a banana?” “What do you want? Do you want a hot dog?" and “What will you do? Will you get your clothes wet?”

This summer class is designed as a fun and focused review for children who need a little extra time to confidently connect the phonics they’ve learned with real-life speaking, reading, and writing. Through interactive, scenario-based lessons, students will revisit key patterns, strengthen their speaking fluency, and build clearer connections between their spoken English and their reading and writing skills.

Our goal is to help your child regain confidence, reinforce what they already know, and prepare them for the next school term with stronger, more active English skills. It will be my pleasure to take your child through this journey of enjoying to learn and using the English they have learned!

한해동안 친구들은 그레이프시드 프로그램을 통해 영어의 기초를 탄탄히 다져왔습니다. “This is my…”, “Do you like red?”와 같은 쉬운 표현부터 “I like the one that is red.”, “Red is the color of my shorts.”처럼 더 길고 자연스러운 문장까지 다양하게 익혀왔습니다. 또한 “What is this?”, “Do you want a hot dog?”, “What will you do?” 등 여러 가지 질문 표현을 접하며 영어에 대한 이해도 넓혀왔지요.

이번 여름 특강은 그동안 배운 파닉스와 말하기, 읽기, 쓰기를 자연스럽게 연결할 수 있도록 도와주는 즐겁고 알찬 복습 과정입니다. 실제 상황을 바탕으로 한 활동을 통해 주요 문장을 다시 익히고, 말하기 자신감을 키우며, 읽기와 쓰기 능력까지 함께 발전시킬 수 있도록 구성되어 있습니다.

이번 수업을 통해 아이들이 그동안 배운 내용을 더욱 탄탄히 다지고, 영어에 대한 자신감을 회복해 한층 더 성장한 모습으로 다음 학기를 맞이할 수 있기를 바랍니다.
